Missing Shipment Sephora Refuses To Help

 

I treated myself to a Dyson hairdryer. Was so excited to receive as my previous Dyson just died. Tracking says it was delivered December 6 via deliver it, some random shipping company. Anyway, I didn’t receive it so I looked over my camera footage for that day and there was no delivery made at 1:21 PM, the time they stated it was delivered. I actually had no deliveries that day. Contacted customer service immediately and they stated that because I have a previous claim they would not refund me or send me a replacement. I had one missing package back in March of this year, I know it was stolen because I had other packages stolen the same day. 

it is absolutely appalling that they refuse to help me. They won’t even contact the delivery company. The item absolutely was not delivered to my address. It is not my fault. They don’t request a signature on such a high value item. This is insane, I am now responsible for an item that was almost $400. Definitely contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I don’t care if Sephora bands me because I will not be shopping there anymore anyway which is sad because it was my favorite.

Literally so many complaints from Deliver It and yet Sephora does nothing about it. Its not our problem Sephora chooses a low rated carrier. I was refused a replacement too that was misplaced by this carrier. Definitely something fishy.
