Missing Samples

Hi, 

I recently received a package today with my products but the samples were missing. I know they are free but I was looking forward to trying them and maybe purchasing in the future, anyway who do I talk to to get this sorted out?

Same with me. I had ordered a package.  Picked out 2 samples.  Nothing.  This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past 4 months.
