Missing Samples

I received my first order from the VIB sale and it was missing samples. I waited for my other orders to come in, and the ones that I remembered to actually put samples in had them, so it was just the first order. I know it's something silly to complain about, but it also isn't the first time it's happened (and now they dropped the number of samples to 2, unless that's just a holidays thing?). 

My Sephora doesn't carry a lot of brands (Seph in JCP), so those samples really help me figure out what I want to actually try.
