Missing Samples

Hi! So I order online from Sephora quite often. I swear but it's at least my thousandth time either getting no samples, or samples that I can't use in all of my orders. I don't want to complain about getting the free samples, but it was a great way to try new products. I chose the samples that I think would work for me and then my package comes and there's nothing. I thought samples were to try new things and see if you like them, so you can purchase them later on. How can I do that if I'm not even getting anything to try?? This is a huge disappointment. I've been a Rouge at Sephora for 3 years now. This has been happening since November 2017. Please fix this Sephora!!
