Missing Samples??

I recently placed an order to take advantage of the 5 luxe samples promotion and when the package arrived today I was disappointed to find that I hadn't received any samples AT ALL. When I checked my order confirmation it lists all 5 samples, and some of the samples I selected were still being offered for days after my order had already shipped! Did this happen to anyone else?
