Missing Samples

I just rec'd an order I placed Dec. 29 and no samples were included. They were listed on my order but not on the packing slip. I know they're just samples but it's one of the perks of ordering online and I love trying new things.

While samples may be substituted because our inventory is limited and changes frequently, they should not be missing from your order and I'm sorry to hear that this happened. I will send you a private message to help and please also know that even when samples are successfully included in your package, they will not be listed on your order summary.
