Missing Samples

I received an order and a did not receive any samples with my order. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I understand things happen. However, this is the second time this year and was wondering what can be done.

Same thing happened to me! First box and two products were missing and I'm seriously pissed about it. Try Ipsy, I've never had an issue with them!
