Missing Samples

I got my order # delivered today and it’s missing samples. I added three samples, I only got one hair bag and there’s samples missing from that bag as well and I didn’t receive other two samples (first aid beauty and kerastase samples). The only reason I order online and wait for days for my parcel to arrive is only because of samples. My samples are missing every time I have ordered past few times now.
