Missing Samples

I received Cyber Sample Bag 4 today and was disappointed to find that two listed samples, Kerastase Hair Oil and Caudalie serum, were missing. I specifically made the $85 purchase for the Kerastase Hair Oil 15ml sample, which was not included.

I hope this oversight can be addressed promptly by either sending the missing samples or providing an alternative solution.

I also had an issue with the cyber sample bag 4 I received too.  Mine was a missing perfume sample.

And they offer me 50 points which can’t even redeem 1 sample, Sephora is becoming ridiculous.

I just received my package and I did not get any samples. Most of the times I get them but not the same ones that I selected, which is too bad but at least I get them. But this time I did not received any samples. It was totally missed.

So the solution provided is giving me 50 points, which aren't sufficient to redeem even 1 sample. It's ridiculous.
