Missing Samples

I had originally added samples to my cart on my most recent order and they were removed once I checked out. The order shipped but they’re still gone. Is there a fix for this? Really wanted to redeem the 10 free concealers sample offer and another sample as well.

I'm sorry to hear this! Sometimes if you go back during checkout, the samples can be removed and you might need to select them again before placing the order. I'll send you a message shortly.
