Missing Samples

I was looking forward to getting my samples especially since I specifically chose things that I was possibly gonna buy if it worked for me. I’m on prescription for my acne so my skin is really dry and sensitive so I was hoping to try those products in hopes of purchasing them afterwards but I got sent completely different things I didn’t even choose.

@Novaaa8 I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
