Missing Samples

I have been noticing for my past 3 orders that I've placed with Sephora, I've received no samples. I'm wondering if this is common as I'm quite disappointed that there wasn't even a substitution made for the ones I selected.

I’ve been missing samples in my last 3 orders too, quite unfortunate as I was excited to try new perfumes.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. I just placed 2 orders and they were both delivered today. Both were missing the free samples. I understand that they're free and I'm not losing any money, but I was excited for them and I'm just a bit disappointed and tired of most of my online orders missing the samples. Furthermore, one of my perfume sample kits had a broken bottle, like glass and fluid everywhere type of thing. I'm not really one to send mail, so I'd return it in store right?
