Missing Samples

Hi.
I just got my most recent order in the mail and I didn’t get either of the makeup samples I chose, nor any substitutions. I’m not pounding the table or anything here because they were free samples but I was bummed because they were both ones I was pretty excited to try. Anyway, just letting you know so whatever happened can be fixed for future so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Cheers!

Same situation with me, I ordered 2 packages but had no samples. ;(

My samples were placed in my checkout but my order did not have them.
