Missing Samples

I have received my online order today and realized the free samples that I chose were not in the package.

This is very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying new products that I could potentially order in full size.

It isn't too much of a big deal but spending time doing research on the sample product options and choosing what would best suit me, to then not receiving it is a tad bit frustrating.
