Missing Samples!!

Since December, all online orders have been missing samples and the deluxe free samples from coupon codes I’ve entered. I stopped ordering after it happened twice then and messaged support, but got no response from them!

I ordered something today and also received no samples. It’s frustrating. I overheard someone at the store a few days ago tell the cashier she hasn’t recieved any in her shipments either. 

Is this happening to anyone else’s orders?

This has been happening to me as well. I hate complaining, especially about free stuff. But I choose samples to try out things I'm interested in buying full size...which I often end up doing! It's disappointing to get samples of things I can't use...like Brow Wiz for dark hair (I'm blonde)...or no samples at all. 😕
