Missing Samples

Just received my order and didn't get any of my samples. On my last order, I didn't get my VIB sample, either, and had to get the points credited. Very disappointed, especially since this seems to be a common problem on recent orders for other customers, as well.

I experienced this same issue with my most recent order. Got my full-sized product, but the enclosed packing slip was for a woman from Staten Island and none of my samples were included. Any way to correct this?
