Missing Samples x5 and missing item

Recently received 4 orders from Sephora in the past week/week-and-a-half with items missing.  Three of the orders were missing some of the free samples (a total of five) and another was missing a Sephora Sleeping Mask that I had ordered.  Is this normal?!
