Missing Samples & Reward from package

Hello, I received my package this afternoon and discovered the one thing I was truly excited for (100 pt reward for Fenty Beauty’s Plush Matte Lipstick in Griselda) was  not included with my purchase, nor were any of the samples I asked for. Please resolve this!
