Missing Samples Twice Now

I just received my order and to my surprise, all 3 of the free samples were missing. My online order on my account shows the samples included in my order, but the invoice printout that came with my shipment had no free samples listed. I understand samples are limited and can go out of stock but I didn't even receive replacements, like they had done in the past. What's funny is that I checked the current free samples and one of the ones I had requested is STILL AVAILABLE. This is the 2nd time I've ordered in a row and have gotten absolutely zero free samples. I know they are just free samples but I sometimes choose to order from Sephora over another site just based on getting the free samples in addition to my order.
