Missing Samples, Again

In my latest order I didn’t receive any of the samples I had requested, or any substitutes. I understand they are free, and sometimes not available, but this isn’t the first time that I’ve not received any samples at all, just my first time posting about it.

I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done, but I just wanted to highlight that getting samples of different products are a great way to try before you buy, even if they are substituted for other options available.

I live in a remote location where the nearest Sephora is over 6 hrs away, so I can’t easily test things out. I’d rather try a sample than order something, not like it and then return it as I know this creates a lot of waste and there are both soft and hard costs associated with returns.

I also know Sephora is trying to be more environmentally friendly with using recycled paper and packaging and standing for sustainability.

Again, not sure that anything can be done now, but just wanted to raise awareness.
