Missing Samples AGAIN!

I kind of feel like a broken record at this point because missing samples has become this norm at this point. That said, me second to last order got me excited because it arrived with both samples I selected, for which I am super grateful. My latest order, however, just arrived with (no samples) at all. What really irks me this time is that I specifically timed my order because of the samples offered - I was excited to try the By The Fireplace perfume sample, and Sol de Janiero Firming & Debloating oil. I could have waited to order in December, but when I saw two samples I'm interested in trying (before buying), I jumped and placed my order immediately. When I look at order details, the samples appear as being included in my order, even though they weren't. Are the samples making a jail break from the shipping envelope en route, or is there something this girl can do to ensure they're included in future orders? It seems like the samples are no longer part of the service or something. Dissappointed.
