Missing Sample from Hair Sample Bag GWP

I recently just got the first choice of the Hair Sample Bag GWP, and noticed my bag was missing the Verb Ghost Mask sample. I double checked and I have everything besides that. Is there anything I can do? That was part of the reason I chose that GWP, but I know that samples run out and they have to switch those out sometimes- I'm just not sure if it's the same for GWP.

@khope33 I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive that sample in your promo. With this promotion, the samples may vary. I understand that this can be disappointing and I will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
