Missing Rewards Bazaar Item - 1000 points

Hi,

 

I don’t know if this is where I am supposed to post, but here goes:

 

I placed  an order and also redeemed 1000 points for a item in the rewards bazaar. my package came. The points were taken, but my reward wasn’t sent. Can you please refund my points? Please respond.  Thank you for the help!
