Missing Products!

I ordered a bunch of make up during the insider discount sale time. I had it sent to my mothers house because they were gifts. They were delivered November 28, and I just got home today and I have a product MISSING as well as none of the samples I asked for. The last time I ordered online the got the wrong samples too, but a missing product is a whole different problem! I honestly don’t know if I want to order online anymore. Has this happened to anyone? If so what did you do?
