Missing Product & Samples

What the heck Sephora?? Thanks for the replacement lip gloss.. hopefully it shows up.. but hey your distribution center is obvi full of folks with some sticky fingers. How many times do I have to go thru this?? How many times will items go missing that I've paid for with my hard earned money.. and we all know sometimes items purchased on sale or limited edition cannot always be replaced.

 

Oh and 3 free samples with every order?? If your people decide to let me have them sure. Sometimes I will get 1 sample.. sometimes 2.. often times I get ZERO. I once had a 100 point reward opened, tested, and put back in my box!! Another time, one of my samples was replaced with something that was 3years expired! How do you think it makes me feel knowing some lowly individuals are doing these things to my orders.. SEVERAL TIMES NOW!? This is happening to many of your customers and I've been ordering from Sephora since the very beginning. This is a more recent issue and is unacceptable.

I'm very sorry to hear this and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I've sent the information you've provided to the appropriate department to make improvements. 

 

We're currently aware of our ongoing samples issue and we're working with our Distribution Centers to resolve it soon. I'll be sending you a private message shortly in regards to this. 🙂

Just wondering how many days I have to wait before someone remembers to follow up with me? Feeling super unappreciated as a customer. I give A LOT of my money to Sephora, especially since the holidays.
