Missing Points

A few weeks ago i went to sephora in store and decided to get a few things. After paying i forgot to ask about what they have for points and so i did. The employee said i could pick a product since i had enough points but i didn’t want to so i skipped it. But just now i noticed that points have been deducted off of my account when i didn’t even use them. I had 150+ but now i only have 50/55 points which is really confusing because the last time i went was in store and never after that. I don’t know why sephora took my points away.. I just want them back! Please help sephoraa! i tried reaching out on customer service chat but it isnt available, this is my only hope!!!!
