Missing Points

Lately i've been making lots of purchases in store and whenever they ask for a receipt i decline. Then i notice a few days later i do not have the points i am missing. I proceed to contact beauty services and they need a receipt but i do not have one . So now im missing on lots of points and im diss appointed because this has only happened recently .
