Missing Points

I’m not sure when the changes were made or if this was even a new thing, but I just logged into my Sephora account to find that all my points are gone. 

After a quick search, it’s disheartening to find out that points expire after 12 months of inactivity. I had no idea this was a thing.

Same thing happened to me! I’d been saving them for years and years. Thousands of points aka thousands of dollars spent. So many times I chose shopping at Sephora over other places because I wanted the points. I will no longer be shopping at Sephora now! I would rather just go to Nordstrom or Nars.com etc! The disrespect!

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
