Missing Points

I had over 800 points on my account and have been saving them for the larger rewards. I just noticed they are all missing from my account. What has happened? I was getting ready to send in a large order, but now I am questioning it.

Same thing happened to me 😞 I had 900 points and they’re just GONE! Something about not using an account for 12 months… but you’d think with covid and people not leaving their houses (so naturally didn’t need any makeup 😂) they’d make an exception. This would never happen at Ulta.
