Missing Points

I logged in today to place an order and then noticed, that I didn't have any points at all (all 986 points are gone). I clicked Beauty Insider in the dropdown menu to see the breakdown of points and it basically prompted me to join Beauty Insider program again to gain points.

SAME HERE. I emailed customer support. I'm assuming its a glitch. All my loves are there my cart still has all the items, and my basic information is there, but no VIB rouge status 😭

Same here, scary! My birthday was gone and so was my “view points and spend” says I have no recent purchases. What’s going on?
