Missing Points from Online Purchase

Hello, 

I purchased About 200 dollars worth of product today both in-store and online but the online purchases aren’t reflecting my points? Is there a reason for this? 

If someone could answer this for me, I would totally appreciate it! ☺️

Please allow up to 24 hours for store purchases for the points to be credited. For online orders, the points should be credited when the order ships. Thank you for your patience!
