Missing Points/Dollars Spent

Hello - 

I recently shopped in store and scanned my VIB card however the points/dollars spent are not showing up on my account.

My account online shows me having over 2,000 points but the instore receipt says I only have 388 points.

I've only ever had one account, can you please ensure these points/dollars spent are added to my main acct so they count for yearly spent.

I have the in-store receipt if needed.
