Missing Package

I’m heartbroken and frustrated. I placed a $1000 Sephora order for my daughter’s prom  filled with makeup and skincare she had carefully picked out for her special night. This was meant to help her feel confident and beautiful for such a meaningful milestone.

Unfortunately, the package never arrived. I’ve contacted Sephora customer service multiple times, and I’ve been told they won’t offer a refund or even reship the order. I don’t understand how something this expensive, for such an important occasion, can be treated with so little care or urgency.

I’ve always trusted Sephora for my beauty needs, but this experience has completely shaken that trust. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? How did you get it resolved?

Any help or advice would be so appreciated.
