Missing Package

Hello, I placed an order and I have yet to receive it. Sephora sent the package through a service called Deliver-iT and it says it was delivered on 5/31/2024 at 12:03 PM. However, the last update I received was on 6/3/24 @ 11:49 AM saying it attempted to deliver but was unable to due to a missing gate code. I immediately updated the gate code through the link they sent but since then, no other attempt has been made. I would normally brush it off, but my concern is that the shipment status says "delivered" and that this order value is quite high. 

I tried to reach out to Deliver-iT but there phone number doesn't give me an option to talk to a representative nor send in a complaint.

deliver it made my delivery. it does look like they delivered it to the correct address for my package from what i can see in the attached picture.  However, when I got home the package was missing.  Im assuming a neighbor or some stranger snagged it up as I live in a apartment complex.  Sephora hasn't been helpful at all and I had the same issue when trying to contact Deliver it.  Makes me want to never order anything online anymore. Ill be asking my lawyer friend what measure I can take.

Similar thing happened to be, it just said exception, I updated the code, and I'm hoping they try again soon, but how can I make sure they keep my gate code in case I order more from them? It is the first time this happens to me.

It's not letting me message you either, it keeps saying error and I do not know how to turn on the messages, I will try the live chat tomorrow morning! If not I'll try again messaging you!
