Missing Package

I received a notification that my recent order had been delivered, but it's very sadly not here. I understand it's likely an issue with the delivery service, but I've been a regular, returning Sephora customer for years and am wondering whether there is a process for having the items re-shipped (or picked up in store, maybe, to avoid the delivery issue!). Any advice much appreciated!
