Missing Package

Unsure of what to do as I have never had this happened before. CdL has always been a bit of a hit or miss which makes me more worried about my package that never arrived.

Even now at almost 10 pm there has been no update on where it is despite saying it was sent out for delivery at 7 am. 

Should I consider it lost and contact support? I'm at a loss here.

Update: 

CDL misdelievered the package to a different state 🥲. They said theyll attempt to recover it but I doubt it is going to happen. Lesson learned and will use fedex locations in the future. 

Many of the workers at CDL do not speak English (which wasn't an issue for me) but beware non spanish speakers. It may be difficult to get assitance without a spanish speaker. No fault of the workers, so please be kind to them. They're doing their best with the limited resources the company seems to be providing.
