Missing Package

I received an email saying that my package has been delivered on Thursday, 7/30 at 8:30pm. I was home and never received the package, which was over $100 in products. I already reached out to Lasership but have not heard back. Can someone please help? It's annoying to keep getting marketing emails from Sephora on the daily in the meantime!
