Missing Package

I have not received my package. It is 3 days late, almost 4. Lasership is the worst. Pleaseeeeee stop using them Sephora. They are dragging down your brand name. Just look at their online reviews. I have spoken to them a couple of times about the issue and they have supposedly opened an investigation. I'm patiently waiting and haven't heard anything. This sucks. $100 worth of skincare...missing.
