Missing Package

This is my last time ever ordering anything from Sephora. It said my package arrived at 10:41 am and it's nowhere to be found. I have had the worst experience and I'm really upset. I got a gift card for Christmas and I wanted to treat myself and that was such a mistake. I never want to shop here again.
