Missing Package worth $700

Why is Sephora using Lasership? Ive never seen a shipping company this bad. My shipment went from 'DELIVERED' on the 15th to 'ON ITS WAY' the next day... and this continued until today when it went back to saying 'DELIVERED' on the 15th. It never arrived and I checked constantly. I live in a building with a concierge and nothing was delivered. No one saw or signed for anything!!!! The lack of transparency is unbelievable. This feels like fraud or theft.

It also happen to me. They use Lasership and it say my package was delivered and I did not see it. I placed order on the 10th and it took forever to process and ship out and now the package is lost - says delivered but I never got it. So frustrating
