Missing Package but Sephora Wont Reship or Refunf

  • I had a whole package missing. Not sure if someone took it or if it was discarded accidentally. Sephora sent me a proof of delivery and wont reship or refund. Said “they’ve helped me before”. I had 1 other package that was missing items with Sephora in my many years of purchase. Stop messing up! WTF this is ridiculous
