Missing Package, VERY DISAPPOINTING and poor customer service

My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. I've checked everywhere around the building but to no avail. This is the first time that this has happened to me. I called customer service but they could not process a reshipment. I would like a reshipment of the items that I already PAID FOR but never received. I hope that Sephora can solve this. If not, you are stealing your customers' hard-earned money. This is very concerning as it seems to be happening to too many people. Does Sephora care about its customers at all? It seems like your help stops when you receive our payment and you don't even care if we actually get the products or not.
