Missing Package - Please Help :(

FleetOptics is the courier… I have contacted them 3 times, updated delivery notes gave them my phone number literally done everything I could to make delivery easier and they just keep marking my package is “DELIVERY DELAY” with NO ATTEMPTS made to deliver.  AND they give no option for customers to pick up.   

Im convinced Im never going to get my package and want a refund. At the this point the driver prob stole my package or SOMETHING shady is going on. This is ridiculous. I never want to shop online again now because of this courier.  Its a $300 package! 

Please  help. .. sigh!
