Missing Order

I recently placed a $480 order and i’d been really looking forward to get all the things i’ve been saving in my cart for the sale and my order never came. Last time I ordered my order also didn’t come and the chat advisor was able to help me. But this time I contacted Sephora on chat and by phone and no one wants to help. I explained that I spoke to the carrier on two separate occasions and that they told me to contact Sephora but Sephora still won’t help. If anyone knows what to do please please help me I’m almost $500 down and I have a missing order that’s at some random persons door.
