Missing Order

Hi, 
I ordered from Sephora several times this past week. I got 3 of the packages that have been labeled as delivered but my very first package still has not arrived. Since the others have arrived, I do not think it's an issue of a slow delivery since items that I ordered after the missing order have already arrived. Please help!
