Missing Order

Ever since March my packages from Sephora did not arrive and I have been contacting Sephora online through email and even calling them. It has gotten to a point where I gave up given that the pandemic was at its peak and it was harder to transport packages however as a customer I feel cheated in a way given that I have spent my well earned money trusting that Sephora will make an attempt to respond to me. If there is anything I can do please inform me.
