Missing Order- Customer Service Refuses to do Anything!!

My order was delievered to a completely different address than what was specified as my shipping address and customer service refuses to do anything but tell me to travel there and try to get the package! This is ridiculous and I have contacted them over three times. My credit card company will reverse the charge for a purchase that was never delivered but I want to make sure Sephora understands why I will be shopping at Nordstrom from now on. This purchase was not inexpensive and this treatment of customers is terrible. Just want to make sure everyone knows!
