Missing Items

Hi! 
I got me Sephora order today and not only am I missing an item; specifically the Huda Beauty Powder in Banana Bread. I am also missing products in which I redeemed points for; a mini Charlotte tilbury lipstick + farmacy beauty honey halo moisturizer.

I have never had this happen to me with Sephora. I am so confused. Will I get my missing products
