Missing Items!

I am missing 4 items out of my shipment and one of the items was opened and dried out. I am so disappointed after being a beauty insider for at least 8 years now.  I will never order from Sephora again or go into another store. I am heartbroken because I have loved Sephora since I was a young teen.  I saved my points for years and just decided to spend them and this is what I get.
