Missing Items

This is the 4th time I have received an order and found that no samples and or promo gift were included. My last two orders were missing a promo and all six samples I chose. Yes, they’re free. But I often purchase full sizes of things I like and this is how I am able to see what works for me. So frustrating!! 😕

This has been happening to many others as well and it's unacceptable, if they can't ship the sample you picked they should do something about it other than replace it or not send any at all.
